Inspiring You To Greatness CDC was established based on the performance of the educational services over the past 12 years of delivering social services to other nonprofit organizations, business partners, banks and individuals. We assist individuals with boot strap construction of their own affordable homes using alternative building systems as an alternative to lumber.
Multiple grant programs are provided to help first time home buyers purchase their new homes. Inspiring You To Greatness CDC offers the pathway to homeownership 7 session course along with the service hours, the home owner is educated, empowered, and equipped to live in their new home that they helped build.
Inspiring You To Greatness CDC also builds affordable housing Multi-Family communities including apartments, townhomes, and condos.
