Sustainability + Affordability = Success

We combine building a home that families can afford with one that is also environmentally friendly, providing the key to building a successful future.

Cold Formed Steel

Cold-formed steel offers cost savings on several fronts. By helping to minimize fire risk, the use of cold-formed steel results in lower insurance costs for builders, landlords, and home-owners. Cold-formed Steel creates long term stability for the home. Steel behaves in a highly predicable manner when subjected to the structural loads and stresses imposed by high wind and seismic forces.

SIPs

Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are a high-performance building system for residential and light commercial construction. The panels consist of an insulating foam core between two structural facings resulting in a building system that is extremely strong, energy-efficient and cost-effective. These panels are manufactured under controlled conditions being fabricated to fit most designs.

Shipping Container

Shipping containers that are converted into housing units are subject to state/local building codes like site-built homes. Converted shipping containers cannot be accepted as a HUD-code manufactured home unless they are provided w/ a permanent chassis & are transported to the site on their own running gear-otherwise comply w/ all HUD Standards & Regulations for manufactured homes.

Solar Energy

Many utilities offer a way to sell solar power back to the grid called net metering. If you have solar panels generating electricity at your home, you could generate extra electricity during peak daylight hours. With net metering, any excess power that you generate is sold back to the utility grid creating a revenue stream for your family. All Inspiring You To Greatness CDC developments are solar w/ net metering.
